Complex Multi-Plane Tube Bending

Our CNC tube bending machines produce accurate, repeatable bends in round, square and rectangular tube and pipe profiles. Multi-axis control allows complex three-dimensional shapes to be formed in a single setup — compound bends, S-curves and tight-radius returns that would be impractical or inconsistent using manual methods. The CNC program stores every bend angle, rotation and feed length, so the first part off the machine is identical to the last.

We bend mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium tube in outside diameters from 10 mm up to 76 mm, with wall thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 4 mm depending on the profile and bend radius. Mandrel bending is available for thin-wall tube and applications where ovality must be tightly controlled, preventing wrinkling and collapse on the inside of the bend. For heavier wall sections, compression bending delivers fast cycle times at lower tooling cost.

Our programming team works directly from your 3D models or 2D drawings and can simulate bend sequences to check for clamp interference and material spring-back before any tooling is set up. This front-end engineering eliminates trial-and-error on the machine and ensures your first samples are right first time, whether you need five prototypes or five thousand production parts.
