These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agglomets website (agglomets.com) and the metal fabrication services provided by Agglomets, trading as Ace Wire Works ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.

Description of Services

Agglomets / Ace Wire Works is a metal fabrication business providing services including, but not limited to, CNC wire forming, mesh welding, laser cutting, brake pressing, tube bending, MIG and TIG welding, and the manufacture of custom wire and metal products. The information presented on this website is intended to provide a general overview of our capabilities and is not an exhaustive description of all services we offer. Specific service availability, lead times and technical specifications are subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotations provided by Agglomets are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry. Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes, if material costs fluctuate significantly, or if the specifications provided by the customer are found to be incomplete or inaccurate upon further review. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before production commences. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Orders and Production

An order is deemed accepted once we provide written confirmation, which may be via email. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for custom-manufactured items produced to the customer's specifications. Any request for cancellation must be made in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation fees may apply to cover materials and labour already expended.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos and software, is the property of Agglomets or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Any designs, drawings or specifications developed by Agglomets in the course of fulfilling an order remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.

Customer-Supplied Materials and Specifications

Where customers provide drawings, specifications, designs or materials for use in manufacturing, the customer warrants that such materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all supplied specifications. Agglomets accepts no liability for defects, delays or additional costs arising from errors or omissions in customer-supplied information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agglomets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our services. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific goods or services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
