Our automated CNC wire forming lines transform raw wire coil into finished components with consistent dimensional accuracy across production runs of any size. Each machine is programmed to execute complex multi-bend sequences — loops, hooks, offsets and compound angles — at speeds that make high-volume manufacturing both economical and reliable. The result is a finished part that meets your specification on the first piece and the ten-thousandth.

We work with wire diameters ranging from 2 mm through to 12 mm in mild steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and spring-tempered wire. Our CNC forming cells can handle straight-length or coil-fed stock, and tooling changeovers are fast enough to support short prototype runs alongside long-term production contracts. Every component undergoes in-process dimensional checks against your drawings or sample, ensuring tolerances are held throughout the entire batch.
