We cut mild steel up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm and aluminium up to 12 mm on bed sizes accommodating full 3000 mm × 1500 mm sheets. Intricate contours, tight internal radii and closely nested parts are handled effortlessly by the CNC control, which optimises nesting layouts automatically to maximise material yield and reduce waste. For tube and section work, our laser tube cutting cell profiles round, square and rectangular hollow sections with the same precision.
From single prototypes to batch production, our programming team can work from DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF files and typically have nesting files ready within 24 hours of receiving your drawings. If your design requires tolerances tighter than standard, we will discuss feasibility up front and confirm achievable dimensions before cutting begins.
