Consistent, High-Strength Welded Mesh
Our electric resistance mesh welding lines produce flat and formed wire mesh panels with strong, clean welds at every intersection. The process fuses crossing wires simultaneously under controlled pressure and current, creating joints that are stronger than the parent wire and free from spatter or distortion. This automated approach ensures every panel in a production run is dimensionally identical, regardless of batch size.
We manufacture mesh in a wide range of aperture sizes, wire gauges and overall panel dimensions. Standard configurations suit common fencing, guarding and concrete reinforcement applications, while fully custom specifications are available for clients who need non-standard openings, mixed gauges or panels shaped to fit specific frames. Wire diameters from 2.5 mm to 8 mm can be welded into panels up to 2400 mm wide.
Finished panels can be supplied in plain steel, hot-dip galvanised, electro-galvanised, PVC-coated or stainless steel, depending on the corrosion resistance and aesthetic requirements of the application. We also offer post-weld operations including cutting to size, edge trimming and frame attachment so panels arrive at your site ready to install.
