Our hydraulic brake presses deliver accurate, repeatable bends in sheet metal and plate across a wide range of material types and thicknesses. CNC-controlled back gauges position every bend precisely, while programmable ram control adjusts tonnage and stroke for each fold in a multi-bend sequence. The result is dimensionally consistent parts from the first piece to the last, whether you need ten brackets or ten thousand enclosure panels.

We operate presses with capacities up to 320 tonnes and bed lengths up to 4000 mm, handling mild steel up to 12 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm and aluminium up to 10 mm. Our tooling library includes vee dies, gooseneck punches, hemming tools, radius tools and offset profiles, giving us the flexibility to produce a broad variety of fold geometries without the lead time and cost of custom tooling. For complex parts requiring tight internal folds or non-standard profiles, we can design and manufacture bespoke tooling in-house.

Parts arriving from our laser cutting bed move directly to the brake press with full dimensional traceability, and finished formed components can continue into welding, hardware insertion or powder coating without leaving the facility. This integrated workflow eliminates transport delays and ensures dimensional consistency across every stage of manufacture.
